We welcome players of all abilities, experience levels and backgrounds: whether you're new to rugby or an old hand, you'll find a place in our inclusive and supportive community.

Mini rugby is mixed from Under 6 up to Under 11. At U7, children improve their knowledge of tag rugby and practice in small game settings and have loads of fun learning new movement and ball handling skills. There are matches throughout the season for them to try out their new passion.

We train from 10am to about 11.15am on Sundays, feel free to bring your son or daughter down to watch or try out (best on a Sunday when we don’t have a match).
We offer everyone three free sessions with no obligations to see if they like it. We can’t guarantee that there’ll be a place straight away as we get lots of interest, but we always try our best!

We ensure our coaching staff are qualified and all within our clear safeguarding framework. We’re committed to delivering top-notch training and guidance, and we always encourage parents to get involved, either in coaching, helping manage the team or as first aid volunteers.
