We welcome players of all abilities, experience levels and backgrounds: whether you're new to rugby or an old hand, you'll find a place in our inclusive and supportive community.

Mini rugby is mixed from Under 6 up to Under 11, and we welcome children into our Under 6 age group from as soon as they have started school, typically when they are in Reception or Year 1. U6 is a chance to get to know the basics of moving, handling the ball, passing and scoring while playing tag rugby – and having tons of fun with new and old friends.

We play from 10am to just after 11am on Sundays, feel free to bring your son or daughter down to watch or try out. We offer everyone three free sessions with no obligations to see if they like it. We can’t guarantee that there’ll be a place straight away as we get lots of interest, but we always try our best!

We ensure our coaching staff are qualified and all within our clear safeguarding framework. We’re committed to delivering top-notch training and guidance, and we always encourage parents to get involved, either in coaching, helping manage the team or as first aid volunteers.
