Present were the outgoing board of directors and around 25 members, with 2 more joining online.

Chairman Graham Hillier opened the meeting with a minute silence to pay respect to the members of the club who we had lost during the past year.

Each board member gave their Officer's report for the year. The full reports are on the documents section of the club website:

All the officers recorded their thanks to the volunteers who had helped out during the season, particularly Director of Youth Rugby Ben O'Neill who said that the youth section was supported by 140 volunteers across the age groups.

The proposed subscriptions for the next season were approved by the meeting. All the board members were willing to carry on in their posts, and there being no other nominations all were duly elected. The officers are:

Secretary: Elly Cooper
Finance director: Rupert Blake
Commercial director: Nik Mould
Director of Senior Rugby: Matt Pallas
Director of Youth Rugby: Ben O'Neill

The chairman had RFU Valued Volunteer certificates for Richard Greasley, Becci Broyd, David Jackson and Tom Hill; only Tom was present to receive his.

Tom was also confirmed as Captain of the Club, taking over from Dave Veal. The chairman thanked Dave for his service over the last two years.

There being no other business, the meeting retired to the bar at 9pm.
