19th. July 2025 - Salisbury's clubhouse was packed for the first Test in the British and Irish Lions' tour to Australia.

Kate Webber, representing Howden Insurance who are sponsors of the Lions, presented a plaque to commemorate Salisbury's Lions players Dave Egerton and Richard Hill. The plaque reads "To celebrate the club's role in producing and nurturing a British and Irish Lion".

Kate presented the plaque to Andrew Egerton, Dave's brother, with Bobby Brown representing the club.
