Planning and organising your sessions is vital to ensure your players get the most out of them, both in terms of Rugby and also enjoyment. The best way is to understand what you want to do, how your players react to different situations, then devise the most appropriate session. But we do sometimes just want a shortcut to a training exercise or drill.
